Kathleen is a director of Reasonable Adjustments CIC. She is responsible for ensuring our services are delivered within the context of the Equality Act and your workplace.
Kathleen is a lawyer and mediator who has specialised in equality and employment law for over 20 years.
Kathleen has led specialist legal services within a law centre and was the first solicitor for the Commission for Racial Equality in Scotland. She has developed expertise in all areas of employment and equality law; working within the private, voluntary and public sector. Kathleen works extensively with health and HR professionals. Her innovative training programmes on disability in the workplace have helped many health professionals to ask ‘the work question’ and integrate equalities into their practice getting better outcomes for clients and patients.
Kathleen’s legal background and mediation skills enable her to see a problem from all angles, and to identify the underlying needs and interests of all parties.
